Fitness with a Mega Watt Smile

New mamma, fitpro, and former Rockette Lindsay Howe has had a passion for movement from a very young age.

Lindsay spent 16 years kicking it up in New York City, dancing with the legendary Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall. Turning her enthusiasm into action, she began teaching fitness at studios in NYC and training private clients. She takes her years of dance training along with her Pilates background, to motivate others and find the joy in fitness. Currently, she lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, baby boy Iggy, and dog Heidi, and leads digital dance parties reaching her clients all over the States! Instagram: @thehowie
